Police say 600-pound George Jolicoeur, 38, tried to get $50 out of a 7-11 by saying his beef jerky was moldy. Officials say his racket was the go to stores and try to get refunds by saying his food was bad.
Police then "linked" other food frauds to the Sanford, Fla., man after the jerky incident, and he was eventually charged with five counts of felony petty theft, according to the Palm Beach Post.
He pleaded no contest... and his attorney says he's too sick to show up in court.
