I bet she could out-lift, out-press and out-tough plenty of younger men, too.
Certainly, I don't know any dudes who can keep up with her routine: The 5-foot-5, 130-pound grandma wakes up at 3 a.m., runs 10 miles and then puts in her time in the gym -- going through a full regimen of pushups, pull-ups and free weights.
"I feel younger now than I did 20 years ago," Shepherd recently told AOL Weird News.
What's her secret?
Aside from a diet of egg whites, chicken and brown rice, she's got good genes and a strong sense of commitment.
