Police on Long Island say a woman and her two children say James Calisto, 38, sitting in his car with his pants down and his junk out -- and I'm not talking about the junk in his trunk.
The man drove off, but police found him. He was was charged with one count of public lewdness and two counts of endangering the welfare of a children.
