Police say they found video of the 49-year-old plumber "on a bed, naked, wearing a woman’s brassiere along with a chocolate Labrador" whom he was masturbating and orally copulating, according to an arrest warrant quoted in the San Luis Obispo Tribune.
Brainard told the paper, "It's something I got into that I never should have gotten into."
