"I have never seen him in my life. It's kind of creepy," the woman told the Bradenton Herald.
Police say Graden began cursing and throwing items from the car, before he was cuffed and brought to Manatee County jail on multiple charges.
It's unclear what his motivations were, but whatever they were, Gradon had a serious case of B.O.
"I got [the car] sprayed down," the woman said, "because it smelled terrible."
