Dauwalder faces felony DUI charges, after allegedly pulling into a parking lot in Great Falls, Montana, asking if anybody wanted to smoke marijuana, and driving in circles, "counting the laps," according to charges.
Officers confronted Dauwalder at a gas station, where he allegedly shouted he was "drunk as hell." His blood alcohol level allegedly measured at .176, twice the state's legal limit.
