Polizzi allegedly photographed at least four women at surf shops in Neptune Beach.
"He cut about a 2-inch hole to put a camera in," Assistant police Chief Tony Carrillo told News4Jax.com. "It is unusual. It's the only one that I know of around."
Florida police say Jeffery Polizzi put a tiny camera in his shoe, stuck his foot under dressing room doors, and snapped pictures of women trying on swimsuits.
