The 44-year-old TV pitchman, who is also known for selling the "Slap Chop," was charged with aggravated battery charges after allegedly fighting with a prostitute in a South Beach hotel. Shlomi told police he paid Sasha Harris about $1,000 for sex, rented a $750 room, and she "bit his tongue and would not let go." Shlomi said he was forced to punch the woman, who was treated at a hospital.
Update: A month after the incident, prosecutors decided not to pursue charges against either party.
