This naked cycling fan is apparently running after Robert Gesink (C) of The Netherlands, who was riding for the Rabobank Cycling Team as he passes Chris Horner (L) of the USA, who was riding for RadioShack-Nissan on May 19, 2012.
Gesink would take that stage, perhaps inspired by this little gift of nudity.
