Joseph Wendell Reid and the others -- two 16-year-olds and a 15-year-old -- were upset that the other boy supposedly made a racist remark and were "teaching him a lesson," according to authorities quoted in Ocala.com.
The four allegedly lured the other boy away to an isolated area. A camp director says he found plastic bottles filed with urine at the crime scene.
In addition to the charges filed against them, the boys' scouting membership has been revoked.
