Brooklyn Dodgers manager Wilbert Robinson wasn't just the founder of the "Bonehead Club," which he created to penalize boneheaded players... he was also a member.

Tired of the teams constant blunders, he created the club, in which players were to be fined $10 for each boner play.

In the very first game with his new rules in force -- before a single player even took the field and had a chance to commit a boner, Robinson walked out to the umpires and handed them... the wrong lineup card.

Robinson paid his $10 fine -- and called an end to the club, according to "The Baseball Hall of Shame: The Best of Blooperstown" by Bruce Nash and Allan Zullo.
