Case Dismissed: 'Borat' Can Hug Strangers

In the 2006 comedy, "Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan," New Yorker Jeffrey Lemrond is seen fleeing (and screaming) while Borat attempts to kiss and hug people on the streets of the city. A New York judge tossed out Lemrond's defamation suit. Says Borat: "Very Nice!"

Connecticut police say a man stopped for speeding blamed his transgression on an errant Oreo, which he was trying to dunk while driving.

Man Files Suit, Claims Lap Dance Injury

Businessman Stephen Chang claims in a lawsuit that he suffered "serious injury" when a stripper at New York's "Hot Lap Dan Club" swiveled and smacked him in the face with the heel of her shoe.
