Now, he's facing charges of improper relationship with a student and indecency with a child by contact according to the Dallas News.
The paper reported that the student told the school about the relationship... which quickly turned the case over to police.
As of this posting, he's still listed as a staff member of North Garland High School on the school's Web site.
But there's always a chance the link will be broken at some point.
Flores is currently out on bail.
