Around the world, people of all creeds, colors, races, religions and nationalities united in a common goal: to break strange records.More than 300,000 people took part in the Seventh Annual Guinness World Records Day, including the world's oldest yoga teacher.
At 91 years old, I doubt anyone will be breaking this record anytime soon -- but Bernice Bates of St. Petersburg Florida said its OK with her if someone does.
"Anyone that can beat the record is fine," Bates said. "I'm sure there's a 100-year-old guy in India who can probably beat me."
For more on the record day world-beaters, including the most people dressed as leprechauns, the most people in a pair of underwear, and more, take a look at my new photo collection: Guinness World Records Day.
