Michelle Allen of Middletown, Ohio is accused of urinating on a neighbor's porch and chasing children while wearing this cow costume. Police say she smelled of alcohol and was verbally abusive when they found her creating traffic problems along North Verity Parkway.

I appreciate that you come to this woman’s defense. All of us — even those accused of a crime — deserve to be considered innocent until proven guilty. We also deserve to be judged by our conduct, and not by how we look.
Still, the police say this woman reeked of alcohol, and judging by her conduct, that might explain what she did.
