Calling All Potties! Calling All Potties!

London’s West End is fed up with the number of people using their streets as a restroom, and they're just not going to take it anymore.
“Every year 10,000 gallons of urine is at risk of ending up in the city’s streets and alleyways through irresponsible and anti-social behavior,” grouses the Westminster City Council, on its website.
So, they’ve inaugurated a new phone service. Just send a text message to 80097, and you’ll be able to locate any one of the nearest 40 public loos in the neighborhood, which covers Oxford Street, the West End, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament.
Brits might want to consider a uniquely American solution to a restroom crisis -- a walk-around catheter system called, the Stadium Pal.
